This page is the public privacy policy for the Kurdila Club app (iOS and Android). The café website has its own page: kurdila.com website privacy.
Who we are

What we save when you join Club
- Name, email, mobile number, birthday, and address (neighborhood and city)
- Sign-in method: Apple, Google, or email plus password. We store a password hash, never the password itself
- Club ID, stamps, and how many paid orders you have completed
- A session on your phone so you stay logged in
Apple and Google send us your name and email for sign-in. They do not send us their password.
Where it lives
On your phone (your session). In the Kurdila Club member database. On Kurdila POS at the café, so staff can scan My ID and add a stamp. Guest phones talk to the café over https://api.kurdila.com. The till itself is not on the public internet.
Why we use it
- To run Club: your ID, QR, and the 12-paid-orders then a free drink card
- To show live café offers and the menu
- To contact you about your account (welcome or password reset)
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for ads. The app does not take card payments — you pay at the counter in IQD.
Your rights
You can see your details in Wallet. To correct them, email support@kurdila.com or call the café. To delete your Club account, tap Delete my account in Wallet. That removes your login and personal details from Club and the till. Paid café orders may stay as anonymous till records for the café’s accounts.
Children
This app is for a general café audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
